All our products ship free with UPS Ground shipping. You may opt for UPS 2nd Day Air for a small additional charge.
We pack with only recyclable and reusable materials.
Please note we are experiencing slight delays in shipping due to COVID-19 related distancing requirements at our warehouse.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your Teal and Fox purchase, but we understand that some things don’t work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we offer easy, no-fee returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Return items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Merchandise and Gift Cards: All items noted as final sale, including gift cards, or gift with purchase merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Returns: If you are returning a gift that you received, and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please email us to set-up your return. Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time on tealandfox.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
All our products are individually hand-stitched, and you will see slight variations. This will not affect their beauty or quality. If you see manufacturing defects, or you have received incorrect items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
Damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 30 days of original delivery date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
